Ethnography

This research adopts a problem-solving case study on Mexoxo's impact work, documenting leadership and entrepreneurship strategies in social change. It analyzes collaborations over the past decade among non-profits, academia, corporations, and governments to advance vulnerable women's socioeconomic status, using qualitative and quantitative methods and KPIs.

This ethnographic research investigates how leadership and entrepreneurship training impacts socioeconomic development and quality of life for Roma women in underserved regions. Focusing on 20 Roma women in Greece, it explores whether adult education can create socio-economic opportunities and contribute to non-racist, stereotype-free, and gender-violence-free societies in Europe.

This doctoral study's paper employs a field experiment to assess the impact of diverse educational curricula on women in Vietnam. Three curricula, focusing on leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital skills, will be evaluated for their efficacy in fostering socioeconomic development and emphasizing gender equality over a 12-month instructional and observational period.

Research conducted as a PhD candidate at the University of Peloponnese, Department of Economics, School of Economics, under the supervision of Professor Giorgos Papagianakis.
